Policies & Disclaimers – Prestige Shine Auto Detailing

• A non-refundable $35 deposit is required for all appointments to secure your slot.
   
• Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• If you arrive 15+ minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
   
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   

We will do our best to restore and detail your vehicle; however, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains, scratches, or odors. Results may vary based on the age, condition, and materials of the surfaces.

We reserve the right to reschedule any mobile appointment due to extreme weather, including rain, snow, wind, or heat advisories.
Ceramic coatings and paint correction services may require garage access or covered workspace for best results.

• Ceramic Coating packages include multi-step prep, paint correction, and professional application.
   
• Vehicle must remain parked for 24–48 hours after coating to allow for proper curing.
   
• Prestige Shine Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by premature exposure to water, weather, or improper washing during the cure period.
   
• Coating performance depends on maintenance and conditions.
   

Paint correction (1-step or 2-step) is designed to reduce or eliminate swirls, haze, and oxidation.

• Stage 1: Removes ~40–70% of swirls and surface defects
   
• Stage 2: Deeper removal for up to 85% of correctable damage
  We do not guarantee 100% perfection, especially on previously repainted or damaged surfaces.
   

All payments are due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, Zelle, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

We may capture before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your vehicle not be shown on social media, please notify us before your appointment.

Prestige Shine Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage that becomes visible or worsens during cleaning, including:

• Oxidized/faded paint
   
• Loose trim, badges, or seals
   
• Fragile vinyl wraps or window tint
   
• Cracked leather, brittle rubber, or plastics
   

Engine bay cleaning is performed at your request and risk. While we take great care, we are not responsible for electrical or mechanical issues resulting from water exposure or deterioration of existing engine components.
